Event Overview:

This event will be held September 11-13 in Charlotte, NC, and is the premier event both dealers and vendors look forward to each year. This event gives you an opportunity to meet with the MDPCI Board and key vendors to learn more about vendor programs and anticipated changes. It also offers an opportunity to discuss successes you have experienced and provide valuable feedback to our vendors that can help shape our programs going forward. In addition to presentations from vendors there are many opportunities to mingle with the vendors and MDPCI Board members that can provide valuable insights that can strengthen your business.

Additional Event Highlights:

1. A presentation by the MDPCI that will recap the year and lay out plans for 2025 meetings and events.

2. A social event featuring an evening at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Here you will have plenty of time to network as you enjoy the venue and test your skills in the Pit Crew Challenge and compete in Racing Simulators.

Participation and Funding:

As a special dealer guest, the MDPCI will fund your event participation and your hotel room for 2 nights. A $350 deposit is required for each owner attending the entire event. Your deposit will be refunded at the completion of the event. The MDPCI will reserve your room with the room cost expensed to the master account for Wednesday and Thursday night. Additional nights and incidentals will require a credit card at check in and will be billed to you. Your deposit will be returned to you at the conclusion of the meeting, provided you attended all of the vendor related events/sessions.

You are welcome to bring a guest(s). An event fee of $245 per guest will be invoiced upon reservation confirmation.

Event Deposit
